We walked in looking for a new mattress, were immediately asked for help, sent to the clever Sleepmatch machine, and then the lady that helped us gave us tonnes of choices that all worked so well for us, it was difficult to chose! She was patient, understanding, and knowledgable. We were in and out very quickly, and ended up with more than we initially were looking for!

Sandy at the Hereford store was very knowledgeable about the products, gave us time to think about what we wanted, was friendly and understanding of our needs without being at all pushy. I was good to be able to visit a store and try out mattresses instead of just buying online.

Emma had excellent communication skills. She wasn't pushy instead gave me all the information l needed and requested. I feel l have value for my money. Without being pressured .

From entering the shop to leaving was given full assistance in making the right purchase, in a friendly and non pressured manner.
