friendly and very helpful staff :)

We were impressed that the staff were attentive but not pushy. We were invited to try the 'Sleepmatch' machine which was very impressive. The colleague then demonstrated excellent product knowledge and was able to give clear advice; even explaining why it was better to sleep with one good pillow rather than two poorer ones (we bought the recommended pillows!). We were given time and space to discuss our options. When we placed our order each stage was explained clearly as well as the costs involved. On top of all this we were offered a cup of coffee! All together an excellent experience.

Excellent assistant (Karen) who welcomed us into the store. She had good knowledge of the products and showed us the right models for our needs without pushing them at all. She left us to try the mattresses and made us a drink so that we could take our time.

Greeted straight away by a lovely women called Sandy. Shes was happy to show us all products with varying prices. She had good info about the products and advise.

Assistant was very helpful, patient and polite
