Staff were welcoming and friendly and we did not feel pressured to buy. All information seemed transparent and honest.

Our assistant Karen was very attentive, she made us feel comfortable in testing out a number of different mattresses and gave us time to think about which one would suit us best. I would highly recommend dreams and we are excited about receiving our new mattress soon! Thanks, Kim and Craig.

On arrival we were offered a drink which was a nice surprise then after being given pillows we tried as many beds as we liked. Chris who helped us out with information about the beds was brilliant. She never once made us feel pressured into buying anything. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming, good fun buying a bed!
