Assistant was very knowledgeable about the products within the store. We felt we were given time to make our decision without a ‘hard sell’ approach. We were left alone to decide between two beds and felt at ease within the store. Our children were given some colouring to keep them entertained and a small packet of sweets and my Husband and I were offered a drink.

Sandy who served was extremely helpful throughout the purchase and her confidence in her product knowledge and the way she delivered it was nothing like we've ever had before. We were offered tea and coffee as soon as we arrived and were made to feel very welcome and well looked after. Overall a very pleasant experience.

The staff member was very friendly and helpful without being over powering or pressurising in her approach. Her recommendations based on what I was looking for and showing appropriate items was spot on and I appreciatiated the time and patience taken with me and my daughters to chose the items required. It made a pleasant shopping experience.
