Very understanding to our needs, very friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble. Explained everything carefully and and in depth.

we were highly satisfied because the staff new all about the product and demonstrated it in a way we understood we then went away and discus it and went back to the shop and ordered it and hope when it arrives we will be pleased with it

My son in law and I entered the Hereford store and were discreetly asked if we needed help. Karen, the assistant, gave us her whole attention. Having 'fallen in love' with the Woodbridge bed frame we were then told the price range of mattresses. These varied considerably and, as an 80 year old, I chose the half price Hudson mattress. I lay on it at Karen's suggestion, and it suited my needs. I also chose a mattress cover and a pack of four pillows. I was given a delivery date one week away which I considered satisfactory. We were also offered a cup of tea! All the paperwork was clearly explained and also shown me to check on the computer screen. This was an altogether very satisfactory experience and at no time did I feel any pressure to purchase anything other than what I had chosen.

I would have liked the item i purchased to have been a little cheaper.

Sandra P the colleague was very knowledgeable and only showed me the frames and mattresses which where within my price range. I didn’t feel pressured or rushed.

I was dealt with by Lucy a trainee overseen by another member of staff. Both ladies were polite and attentive to my needs and nothing was too much trouble. I was made to feel very welcome and offered refreshment. a very pleasing experience.

Emma was very knowledgeable about all the products and additional information about the internal workings of the mattresses, pillows, springs etc. We went in to the store with a plan and a budget, both were metro our great satisfaction.

We were served by Emma in the Hereford Store- she was absolutely excellent. We used the automatic bed selector apparatus and were shown a wide range of suitable options. She was friendly and very knowledgeable. We had not intended to buy that day, but she was so good (with no pressure) that we bought a bed, headboard, draw options and insurance! Well done! Also store manager was lovely
