We d/w Chris and she was very helpful (as were all the team) with the queries we had and d/w our daughter's excitement extremely well. My husband and I as well as our daughter were made to feel very welcome and valued as customers so much so that instead of just having a quick look at beds for our daughter as intended, we actually came out having bought a bed for her and one for ourselves! I would have no hesitation in recommending the store and Chris in particular to friends and family.

The friendly staff helped make me feel comfortable about asking questions, and allowed me to test tray on several mattresses and explained the differences, before making up my mind then showed me several different under bed storage systems to choose from, and after all that spent a time helping me choose a headboard, colour and style. I was not rushed at all and had some time to decide. I was able to pay a deposit there and then and choose my delivery date. The bed would be taken to the bed room and assembled with the headboard by the delivery team.

Just everything from entering until leaving, very professional throughout

Lucy served us at Dreams Hereford. She openly informed us that she was new to the position and that she was still learning about the products and processes. She was open and honest, polite and very helpful and patient. She only concentrated on our opinion and she sought help and guidance from her colleagues as and when necessary. Her colleagues were readily available but weren’t over bearing or demeaning towards her, but helpful and informative. Lucy was friendly and professional.

We went in to price up mattress toppers and to look at potentially purchasing a mattress for my sons Uni accommodation if needed and ended up speaking to Karen, who is a lovely person and I ended up buying a mattress for my daughter :) I have rated the purchase "highly satisfactory" but obviously have only had it a few days so hard to say anything differently.

Very friendly, extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff able to answer any questions we asked . We were offered a coffee several times . An overall pleasant experience. We received 4 free pillows.
