Dreams - Hereford

An extremely experienced assistant quickly welcomed us and led us to the sort of mattress we were replacing. She gave us ample time to try out the firmness, and also led us to similar ones with other benefits. We used memory foam pillows and are now happily using those as we await delivery ! A good shopping experience, curteous and friendly, no undue pressure to buy and final purchase simple and sress free. Thank you J B

our daughter purchased her new bed from your hereford store and told us that you had a good range of beds at very good prices. So we went to same branch and found the staff most helpful and knowledgeable about the products on sale. We found a bed we liked and placed an order. The whole experience was a DREAM.

We visited 3 bed stores and found Dreams Hereford to have the biggest range of beds to try and a very staff member who offered us hospitality even without knowing we were intending to purchase Frome the store.

The lady that looked after us couldn't have been more helpful. She gave us plenty of time and space to choose but was never too far away if we needed assistance. She also had a good sense of humour and it was at the end of the day!

We were assisted by Lucy, who was very patient and thorough. We were made to feel very welcome, being offered tea or coffee. It was very surprising to hear she had not worked for Dreams for long as she was very confident and extremely knowledgeable.

Karen was extremely kind and helpful in sorting out the purchase and which items to purchase while continuing to give a professionally friendly service throughout the time I was in store.

I visited the store to enquire about certain beds . I was greeted by Sandra and given excellent guidance and advice . I the returned to the store. I was supported by Lucy - (in training) who did an excellent job but who required expertise from Chris. The purchasing experience was very well informed and excellent throughout.

This is our second purchase of beds in six months. We were highly satisfied with the first purchase & consequently returned for our second purchase & the "Dream Team" helped us on both occasions. Friendly helpful staff that knew their products & sold them well. Would happily go back for a third time should the occasion arise.

THE ASSISTANT WHO DEALT WITH US WAS VERY INFORMATIVE ABOUT THE AVAILABLE PRODUCTS , SHE WAS NOT PUSHY AND WAS VERY PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH .

I had a good experience throughout the process. Helped me sort out what I want and gave me options of colours. Also so surprised with how fast the delivery for my bed to come!
