The assistant was immediately avaible , helpful and knowledgeable. Empathetic to physical diffeculties we were experiencing, and allowed us plenty of time to choose. She was well able to suggest suitable items, and quickly able to present financial choices available to us. She was very pleasant and patient with us, and made absolutely sure we understood the options avaiable with the purch The store was spacious, very well stocked with a good variety of beds and accessories, clean and inviting.
