The store manager is very knowledgable about the products, listens to customers needs and then informs during the customers decision-making process. We returned to this store for our second mattress purchase purely based on the service we'd received on our initial visits as the product purchased met our requirements - a seamless service. Have recommended others to the Hereford store.

Lucy our assistant was fantastic, very helpful and knowledgeable about each product. She took the time to listen to our wants and needs. We would definitely recommend Dreams to our family and friends.

Visited the Hereford store and the advice was excellent, the lady accommodating but not pushy. Another assistant helped with moving bedside tables so we could get the full look. Purchased items over the phone with ease and with not to long to wait for delivery.

Lucy was very friendly, helpful and informative. Although Lucy hadn’t been with the team long, she was confident in advising us on the most appropriate mattress to suit us and was able to answer all our queries. Plus very welcoming and at times patient with our inquisitive toddler.

Sandra was extremely helpful. We were looking for narrow beds and although there were not any in the shop, Sandra showed us rhe size against a double bed. She also advised against us buying the cheapest mattress because we would end up replacing it quickly. She also told us about the available deals on insurance and pillows.

We were greeted warmly by available staff who took time to listen to our requirements and advised on available beds. Sandra P was very patient and friendly giving us plenty of time to try the beds, even when I was almost asleep. We were not hurried into a decision and everything was explained clearly.
