Knowledgeable staff, friendly, efficient service

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality and price of the beds available. We were attended to quickly and were given plenty of information of the types of beds and their functionality. We were quickly able to make up our minds on what we would like and we made the purchase on the same day!

Impressed with the sleep match device to assess which mattresses would be best for us. Saved a lot of time trying lots of different mattresses and hoping it will reduce us making a wrong choice Assistant, Sandra, was very friendly and helpful

We were dealt with courteously and quickly. Lucy admitted she was new and quickly asked her colleague for more advice, as we were looking for something unusual.. Chris was neither patronising toLucyor us and made the whole process pleasant for all of us.

Although our adviser Lucy was relatively new to the job she was very good in helping us to choose a mattress. The manager was also very nice and very helpful but always let Lucy lead the sale. We had a great deal on an ex display mattress.

Karen who helped us in store took her time to explain everything as we were unaware just how many choices there were with regards mattress types, slats on the beds and bed frames. She showed us a range of mattresses and understood we had a budget and adhered to all our needs. Very helpful.

Hi The reason l have rated highly satisfied is because the lady Sandra P was extremely helpful , l have not been sleeping for months now because the bed we bought just over a year ago purchased on the 15/06/2018 to be precise from your company was a silent night skylark and it was a medium firm , l have been suffering from side heel hip and shoulder pain and continuous headaches , which l went to see my doctor about , unfortunately when we bought the bed at the Hereford branch it did not have a machine that scans the body to see what type of mattress suits your body, today Sandra scanned myself and my husband and found out that we were a medium we purchased a mattress topper and 2 pillows so l am looking forward to a good night sleep now

Very competent and helpful service, items available and delivery convenient and without much wait. When I left the store to compare the beds with a couple of other stores in the vicinity and then returned, I asked about a slightly cheaper product the same saleswoman was very helpful.

The knowledge and the and friendliness of Sandra was second to none she was not pushy spent a lot of time explaining the different mattresses to us.
