We were greeted by Emma who asked what we were looking for. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and talked us through the bed testing device to see which areas we suffered with. She then knew which beds would be suitable for us. We tried out five beds recommended and then decided on the one we bought. We took our time deciding and going back and forth to the beds to make sure we were happy with our choice. At no point did we feel under any pressure to quickly make a choice. Emma is a credit to the company.

I have just moved into a new house, and needed a bed quickly as my son is about to visit from New York for the first time since the pandemic started. Sandy was able to identify which beds and mattresses could be delivered in time, and helped me decide on the most appropriate choice, given that my spare room is tiny. I was given undivided attention and a cup of tea!
