i BOUGHT A MATTRESS IN 2016 AND WAS VERY PLEASED WITH IT, SO I DECIDED TO BUY THE SAME KIND OF THING AGAIN.

Karen was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and the store manager was on hand for advice for anything Karen was unsure of.

We had been thinking of getting a bed for a while, but had decided to visit just to get an idea of what was available. My wife went in before I finished work and recieved a very warm welcome from the staff who were very happy to help. They talked through the options and budget we had. They showed her a display bed that was reduced that was ideal. My wife brought me down after work and we bought it. This was as much to do with the product as with the friendly, helpful staff (Karen). We were also interested in new bedding etc as it was a larger bed than we have at present and she helped us again to make some good selections and find the bargains!

The assistant was very helpful and showed products recommended after we had tried the sleep survey machine. She was helpful but not over 'pushy' and very knowledgeable on the stock and products available

I went to your store a few days ago to order two single beds. The beds were displayed well and prices easily seen. Sandra P was extremely helpful and informed me of the choices of mattress, base and headboards. The whole process was simple and uncomplicated. It was made better by having a nice cup of tea and coffee. Sandra is very personable and a credit to your company.

All the staff were friendly but very importantly we’re not pushy. They allowed me to try as many beds as I liked and I was back and forth rather a lot! Chris dealt with us initially, but her two glamorous assistants, Karen and Sandy, both helped out and made the whole shopping experience as pleasant as possible. The offer of a drink was very kind, but we declined and helped ourselves to sweets from the desk instead. The staff must be good, as I had not intended buying the mattress today “I was only looking”!! I would certainly visit the store again for bed related items and would feel confident in their knowledge and no nonsense approach. I would also recommend them to others.

Staff were friendly, approachable and extremely knowledgeable. Assistant manager Chris approached us and recommended we try the Sleepmatch Diagnostic tool, which she helped us through. A very helpful addition! She offered us a drink and made us feel reassured, at home and in good hands. She advised on his and hers pillows and was able to explain everything to us, why we suit a particular type of mattress, the functions of each type of mattress and how each would work best for us. Left feeling very confident in the knowledge she had shared.

Wonderful staff couldnt do enough even got offered tea and coffee etc .... a very easy and enjoyable shopping experience
