Dreams - Hereford

We went to the Hereford store and was met by the store manger Sandra she was very professional but very friendly we did just go to have a look but before we knew it Sandra introduced us to the testing Bed then gave us a pillow and had a choice of Beds to try we were then offered a tea and coffee and all very relaxed within half an hour Sandra had sold us a mattress 2 pillows and a mattress cover

The assistant who served me, Sandra, was friendly and knowledgeable. She helped me make the right choice of bed and mattress without pressuring to spend more than my budget could stretch to, but still advised me on the best products available to me within that budget.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The atmosphere in the store was relaxed.

Lots of options of beds, I.e. firm medium or hard. Headboards, pillows etc. Lots of choice. Store is well set out and lighting good..

The Dreams Customer Advisor Chris was very helpful and listened to what we wanted. In helping us decide on the mattress needed she put us on the electric measuring bed for overall suitability. She showed us the mattresses and also left us alone to decide. Very helpful Assistant

Chris seemed highly knowledgable about all products and helped us through the purchase seamlessly.
