Lucy was our assistant and spent a long time explaining the different types of matresses and also helped me on the bed stimulator.

We were approached by Lucy in the Hereford store and she asked if we wanted to go on the sleep match to see what they could offer us to march our needs. That was hilarious. Lucy then used the information gained by the sleep match to show us the best mattress for us. Along with individual pillows, specific to our needs, we tried the mattress and it was perfect. The price was a little high so we went away to think about it. we came back a few days later and Lucy was there again. She asked us what was stopping us from buying and we said price so she showed us two cheaper, but similar mattresses. Neither was as good as.the first and we ended up ordering there and then. We were surprised to find that Dreams offer military discount so that eased the sting slightly. Finance, delivery and collection of our old mattress was setup easy peasy, and Lucy was very helpful and informative the whole way through. We will definitely be back in a month or two for our perfect tempur pillows too!

The assistant that helped us was patient at listening to our needs, gave us informed information, gave us time alone to try and decide on our mattress. The assistant gave us good quality advice on the aftercare products available and gave valid reasoning behind the options. We left the store without purchasing at that time, but returned a week later where she remembered us and greeted us warmly. We went ahead with the purchase after trying the mattress for a second time. There was no element whatsoever of her being a pushy salesperson, and again was patient with us as we weighed up the options.
