I don't like shopping for items like mattresses. I usually find staff to be quite full on and high pressure. I did not find this with our visit. Lucy was extremely nice and there was no pressure to buy. We left the shop to return the next week to finalise purchase. The SleepMatch machine was a bit of a giggle but really useful in finding the right mattress for us. Overall both my wife and I were really pleased with the experience and will be back to get our Tempur cloud pillows soon.

All needs met, great recommendations for mattresses that would suit our needs.
