greeted and assisted very quickly by a member of staff who was friendly and helpful in finding a bed to suit my son showing us various options within our price range.

The assistant was only new but was very helpful and professional. She was assisted by a more experienced member but was efficient and friendly. We would not have known she was only new if we were not told.
