I found Lucy very knowledgeable and helpful and made choosing a mattress very easy. Extremely helpful and friendly staff.

The assistant was only new but was very helpful and professional. She was assisted by a more experienced member but was efficient and friendly. We would not have known she was only new if we were not told.
