We received a very professional and friendly welcome by Lucy as soon as we arrived. She offered us refreshments and then proceeded to give a very high quality service. She gave us plenty of time to browse through the products and gave us a thorough explanation of the different types of bed bases, mattresses and headboards. Lucy also answered all of our questions very effectively and was very patient and efficient. It was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience all round. Many thanks to Lucy and her colleagues.

Sandra was superb, from the moment we walked into the store, she was friendly, not at all pushy. She showed us the machine that measured and recommended the best mattress for us both, and then talked us through the options available.

We were served by Lucy and she was absolutely fantastic. She gave us space when we needed it but was there straight away when we needed assistance. Lucy was clear and precise with how everything worked and showed us around the store. We went on the mattress machine to see which suited us and then Lucy took us round each one to look at them individually. She wasn’t pushy and didn’t try to oversell, which some people can do and is a massive factor for me as to why I wouldn’t complete the sale. Thank you Lucy. You were Fab!

We did the virtual mattress selector and found that very helpful! Ive never bought a mattress before and it was abit daunting but the staff were super friendly and helped me out from start to finish.

The service was exceptional!! The knowledge of the Colleague who dealt with us was really helpful and nothing was to much trouble. Any questions that we asked were answered without any hesitation. We were given choices to pick from and not pressured into making any decisions. The Colleague give us her undivided attention and made sure we were 100% happy with our choice before we made the purchase. We also received a lovely cup of tea and coffee 👍
