The whole process of choosing a new mattress was made simple by the knowledgeable staff and the body analysis technology.

Because we were on a strict budget and when I explained this the sales assistant went out of her way to find us what we wanted and at the price we could afford

We were served by Karen in the hereford store who was extremely friendly and helpful

Karen the assistant was very good at sorting out exactly what i needed

The salesperson (Sandy E) was super helpful and understanding to our needs. We had both our young children with us, aged 2 & 5 who were both running around the shop and climbing on beds. And Sandy was great, she did not mind at all, she even offered to let us change our youngest in the store rather than the car. We were offered a complimentary coffee or tea which was a nice warm and welcoming offer. Sandy was very helpful at explaining the process of payment and delivery.

No pressure from sales staff just the right amount of help to help make purchase sales staff have very good knowledge of products and tea and sweets nice touch

Highly satisfied because the staff were both friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy; we were offered tea and/or coffee and weren't rushed into making a decision

Sandra P welcomed us to the store. She was very approachable and personable. She knew the products, listened to us on price and requirements. Chose a mattress and pillows and the sake took less than 10 minutes. Excellent customer service.
