A pleasant welcome as I walked into the store. Knowledgeable friendly staff. Put me at ease and helped me with choice of mattress with the aid of the computer bed. Not rushed, offer tea or coffee. Didnt feel pressured into buying.

Lucy and Chris were very helpful. Lucy was fairly new to the job, I understand. Chris helped with product and system knowledge when appropriate. Overall a very good customer experience. The SleepMatch machine was very good, it definitely seemed to match us with mattresses that were comfortable for our needs.

We went into the Hereford DREAMS store on Sunday. The manager there Sandra P was very helpful and met all of our needs and requirements. Couldn’t of been more satisfied super helpful and the extra support was amazing, keeping our youngest son entertained while we tried out new mattress was amazing thank you so much.
