I initially went into the store for a preview and found the assistant most helpful as regards the items I wanted. When I was able to proceed I made payment over the phone and was given a delivery date to suit. All in all a very efficient and friendly service.

We were helped by Karen, who used the special bed machine to help us find out which mattress we need. This technology combined with Karen's knowledge and excellent customer service skills meant that we came out excited by our purchase, if a little overwhelmed at the amount of money we had just spent!! She looked after us really well, but importantly gave us time to chat on our own. We also had an excellent pub lunch on her recommendation 😀
