I was greeted by Sandra P and guided through the process of finding the correct mattress for myself & my husband. She directed me to the computerised bed selection system and was helpful, friendly, polite and very knowledgeable about the Dreams products, quality and composition. Sandra took time to help me with my decision and guided me through the purchase and delivery options very carefully

Very helpful and friendly staff, took us around several mattress’s to find the best match for my girlfriends bad back. Price was great and the machine that helps select the best mattress for your needs is a great bit of kit. Price was very good and was delivered promptly! Will be back in the future!!

The service and help plus professional knowledge of staff member Sandy, was great and made making my purchase very easy. As a large lady with mobility problems I was very nervous of buying a new bed and this lovely lady made it so easy and put me completely at ease.

We are returning customers as approx 18months ago we purchased a king size memory foam mattress which has been excellent. So we returned to buy a divan bed and mattress. After visiting other bed shops we found that the service given to us at Dreams was outstanding. Chris explained everything and understood my needs. She was patient, friendly not at all pushy and dealt with us very professionally. I have been and will continue to recommend Dreams for excellent service and products.
