Karen gave us her time & patience, she was was very friendly, happy & approachable. Karen had wonderful customer service and came across very professional. We would like to thank her for greeting us with a smile, and putting through our order with such ease.

The lady sandra p said she was a manager who had popped in on her day off, but took the time to show, advise and Complete my order within 15 minutes which was wonderful customer service in my opinion.

Very helpful staff

We entered the store and were immediately met by the assistant, who clarified very quickly what we were looking to buy. She then took us through the process of the computerized machine that would take the guess work out of choosing the right mattress for us. Following that she took us around the store - encouraging us to lay on each of the mattresses suitable for us. There was no rush, plenty of information and time to discuss and try again any mattress that we liked. After the decision was made the process of ordering and paying was quick and painless. During our visit we were offered tea or coffee - several times. The whole process was painless and actually quite easy.
