Pleasant shop environment. Very attentive staff who applied no pressure to make a purchase or try to persuade me to spend more than I wanted to. She also had a proper understanding of the mattresses and listened to what I wanted.

Karen was very helpful and helped me find the best mattress for me. I have a back condition and she was accommodating and gave me great advice

Chris was very helpful and genuinely concerned about my health. She was well informed and new every product and its suitability for both my husband and myself. She took time with us but didn’t pressurise us into purchasing. In fact we left it a couple of weeks before deciding that her advice was the best.

In choosing a mattress there are so many factors to consider, and it is important to make the right choice for health and wellbeing over the coming years. The computer system was very useful in identifying the best mattress types and then the assistant Karen was very knowledgeable in answering our many questions to narrow down the selection. I am confident I have made the right choice and time will tell - we can also fall back on the trial period if for any reason we made a mistake.

To be fitted for the bed was something I have not experienced before. I was apprehensive about trying all the beds to find on suitable but the computer did it all for me. This made the whole experience much better and less stressful.

The store assistant Karen who served and helped us was so cheerful, helpful and knowledgeable. We also had our 3 and 8 year old with us and she was very good with them to give my husband and I the chance to try the mattresses.
