Dreams - Hereford

When we arrived, we began to browse and Sandra P made her way towards us. We were initially not very appreciative of the offer of help - not because of Sandra’s manner but because we are both reluctant to accept offers of help on first entering any store because we feel like the ‘big sell’ is about to take place. Sandra was not like this at all - offering us the chance to use the computerised bed to establish our needs - we accepted but were again, a little sceptical. Sandra offered us a beverage and was incredibly empathic towards us. Once results of our needs were established Sandra sensitively showed us around 5-6 mattresses. This process was supported by us each having a pillow that was close to ours at home so that we could get a sense of what the mattress would be like to sleep on. At no point was there any ‘hard sell’ and no pushiness - just considerate, knowledgable advice and most of all, a sales advisor who listened to our needs and concerns. Further offers of beverages were also made. All in all, a very positive buying experience - thank you!

Very helpful and friendly staff. They knew what they were talking about and offered an alternative mattress when the one we selected was not available. Gave us a great discount as we couldn't get the one we wanted. Very quick to place order and quick delivery too when we wanted it.

Got very good advice when choosing items required did not get the hard sell that sometimes puts you off given time to discuss our options nothing was to much trouble Karen gave lots of good advice and help when trying to make our decision we have shopped from dreams before and will definitely shop here again

The sales assistant (Karen) at the Hereford Branch was fantastic. I honestly did not have the intention of buying a mattress on the day but after the mattress comfort simulator and Karen's great service I decided to purchase. I bought my last mattress on-line and it proved to be an expensive mistake. From now on I will try before I buy.

We were approached by Sandy E very shortly after entering the store in Hereford and found her to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She offered the system whereby you sit on the special bed and you get scanned to see what sort of mattress would be best for you. We then selected the base, based upon our requirement of a 4 drawer type. Job done! We were offered coffee which was very nice, in fact we were offered two, but only had one. The whole operation only took 50 minutes and and we were looked after very well indeed. The anticipated delivery time was also well within our timescale. Kind regards Nick and Fiona Bolt.
