Dreams - Hereford

We both were highly satisfied with the recent visit in Hereford store, we felt very welcome. The staff was very polite,friendly and helpful, providing us with their knowledge on their beds. We also used the machine which tells you which mattress is suitable for you. We have been offered a drink whilst looking at beds/mattresses with one of the colleague. The store has been very clean and placing an order has been quick and unstressfull. Overall very happy with our experience and purchase in the store!!

The lady we spoke to wasnt pushy was so knowledgable and answered all our questions there and then. I never normally buy in store but we did this time and it was a great experience

Staff knowledge of my needs & of the products on offer filled me with plenty of confidence in making the right decisions. Price was also a major factor & I am pleased the price was reduced to a more satisfactory level.

Assistant understood what I wanted

I visited the Hereford store where Sandra P looked after me. She was a first class sales assistant knowledgable and very friendly . She put me at my ease . I had the new sleeping position check (sorry can’t remember technical name) and was shown the mattresses that were recommended ending in a purchase to be delivered one week later, Thank you Sandra

Chris made things super easy for me and was very helpful given I required the bed within a few days. Very welcoming and didn't push for anything other than what I wanted.

Answered all questions about different Tempur products.

We had a sales assistant called Karen in the Hereford store who spent the time with us to make sure we bought the correct bed and mattress and that we were happy with our purchase. She couldn't do enough for us. She also recommended that we did the sleep match which helped a lot in picking the right mattress.
