The staff in the Hereford store were extremely helpful. Especially as first time buyers for a bed and mattress! Listened to everything we said and gave options to suit our needs

Chris who helped us was very good. She used the assessment bed to determine which type of mattress would suit us and then let us try out each of the three types recommended with a pillow that we liked. She let us take our time and didn't try to influence our choice but was able to answer any queries we had.

The moment we entered the store staff were friendly and welcoming. We were given time to look around at leisure but also had someone on hand to answer any questions.

Speed and friendliness of professional staff

The sales assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable and friendly. It was a very pleasant visit. Her name was Chris.

Sandra P has sold me two beds with dreams now and in both occasions been so helpful and practical. Always feel like I’m important and she really wants to help. Overall excellent service! Sandra is a credit too to the dreams Brand!

I found Lucy very helpful and when she was unsure about anything she would ask another sales assistant and she did not pressure me in any way in fact all the assistants were very friendly.

Karen at Hereford store was very helpful and recommended us to use the sleep machine to see what mattress suited us both. She recommended several products and allowed us time to try them out. We then left with measurements on the bed frame and details with price of the products we liked. We returned to the shop several days later with a lower budget and Karen was still able to find us a product which match our needs and budget. While putting the figures together she made us a lovely cup of tea and chatted about our interest and our baby. Over all satisfied with the customer service and look forward to receiving our new bed.

The lady assisting us was extremely polite and professional, and made our experience as comfortable as possible. We made the order through being advised on the type and firmness of the mattress through the use of the tester bed. Overall, very good customer service, and we are still very happy with the mattress and bed frame we purchased.
