Customer Service was brilliant as we were approached by Karen from the hereford store and she was a dream (pun intended) all jokes asides me,my partner and friends was very delighted with this service Karen if you are reading this thank you from Fin,Kizzy and Michael in helping get a bed for my friend I hope that you do read this as you are extremely delightful and of massive value to the dreams team thank you for also showing the sleepmatch machine hopefully I will be in again at some point in the near future.

All products on display, Sales manageress was very helpful, professional and friendly. The mattress selection scanner was impressive and we hope he delivery service is of an equal standard.

The assistant Lucy was friendly and helpful, and the mattresses recommended were all comfortable and we would have loved to have been able to buy the one we chose; however we found that in the end we just couldn't afford it.

I am an 87 year old lady. My daughter took me to your store to look for a new bed. The car parking was fantastic as I cannot walk very far. We were greeted and given coffee on arrival, Karen was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. I lay on your machine which helped me a lot as I was directed to 4 different beds which saved me trying a lot more. Hopefully I have bought the right bed for me, however it is nice to know that I have 30 days with the option to return if I am not happy with it. Many thanks to Karen, it was a pleasurable experience.

The Lady who assisted us - Karen was her name I recall - was ever so helpful, friendly and supportive. It made the whole experience more enjoyable rather than a chore and therefore made it easier to simply make the purchase rather than "shop around". Thank you Karen

Our first impression was the warm welcome we received on our arrival. We were given so much useful information and advice by the assistant. She talked us through our requirements and the items that we might find useful as well as a few choices. We found her very understanding without being patronising. She came over as very friendly without being over familiar and remained professional at all times. We went into the store to make an enquiry about a new mattress not really knowing what to buy but with her help and advice we have purchased an item we are sure we will be very satisfied with. Without her advice I know we would have purchased an unsuitable item or maybe even not made a purchase at all. We were not rushed or pressured into buying anything, it really was a most enjoyable experience.
