Very helpful, engaging and informative member of staff. Suggested we use the "sleep assessor device" not sure how helpful that was, but made the buying experience more fun. Offered us a coffee, which was very welcome. Good advice on the products to test and after about 10 minutes left us alone to sort it out ourselves once we had tried a few beds and got a "short list" to work on. Didn't hover around which we prefer. Answered a few questions at the end clearly, closed the sale, good job done.

The sales lady Christine was fantastic. The mattress is for my mother-in-law who is really slow but Christine was very patient not rushing us, being very professional and helpful. I would have no problem recommending Dreams to all my friends and family.
