staff very freindly .very clued up on all the different beds available.did not push to take the most exspensive items.also explain the different types of beds .the tea was much appreceated.

From the start of our arrival in the store we wete greeted and dealt with immediately. The sales assistant was very attentive and dealt with our enquiries.

Emma at the Hereford store was welcoming, listened to and understood my requirements, helped me find what I wanted and explained everything clearly. I felt neither rushed nor crowded. Her colleagues were also friendly and welcoming. The store was clean and well spaced, and I was reassured by the sanitising of furniture and equipment that took place during my visit. I plan on buying a sofa bed in the near future and will definitely return to Dreams Hereford.

The lady at Dreams was fantastic . She was very hopeful. We went to shop quite few times but we couldn’t pick the right mattress but will get support we bought new bed to .

The store had a good range of products on display. We were greated by a sales-person, who offered help, but was happy for us to look around, before we needed help. She was polite, friendly and helpful, as well as being knowledgeable.

Chris greeted us as we entered the store and immediately made us feel at ease. She was very polite, helpful and patient. She listened to our needs and offered plenty of good advice and suggestions which really helped me make up my mind. She certainly gave us a first class customer service. Well done.

The assistant in the Hereford store where I purchased my goods - Emma - quickly understood what I was looking for and whilst very professional in her approach at the same time friendly and allowed time for me to assimilate the options on offer. She had good knowledge and gave sensible step by step advice. I never once felt pressurised but definitely had confidence in her guidance and experience. After thinking over the goods on offer I was pleased when I went back the next day she was on duty. It was a very smooth experience and I felt she had the presence you’d expect say from a family business within obviously a much larger organisation.

The help and service I received in the Hereford store was excellent.
