Chris who helped us with our purchase was extremely helpful and let us try many beds. I was offered a hot drink and everything went nicely

We had already done some research prior to visiting the store in regards to what mattress we would like, therefore, had a rough idea what we wanted. Chris in the Hereford store was so helpful and totally listened to our needs to help us find what we were looking for in store. Chris did not overcrowd us which was greatly appreciated, she had given us the information we needed took us to a variety of beds that met our needs and then gave us time to discuss privately. We were given the opportunity to use the sleep/mattress simulator which aligned with what we already thought we needed/wanted which was fantastic.

Excellent service by Karen in the Hereford store. She listened, answered our questions and was not pushy. We did the dreams mattress test to find the best mattress for our needs and Karen gave us the printout for future purchase.
