Store assistant understood our needs and quickly guided us to the right product.

Me and my partner were after a bed but unsure as too what type of mattress we wanted/needed. The lady in the store ( christine ) was extremely helpful in listening to us and she took us to this bed scanning thing you have where it measures how you lie in bed. Then she advised us what bed would be best for us.

Friendly staff, offered a coffee and the transaction problem was PC related and I was contacted after hours to confirm delivery

The service we receive in Dreams was Excellent. We visited Dreams as one of several stores and found the service to be the most helpful. We were given all the information we required and got to use the firmness measurement device to assist with mattress choice. We were given the time and space needed to go away and think, no pushy sales. The experience helped us make the decision to return and make the purchase. Lucy, who dealt with our order was very helpful, friendly and informative!

The assistance we had with our purchase was brilliant. Sandy was knowledgeable and very accommodating, doing everything she could to make our experience a pleasureable one. We were put on a sleep match machine first to give us the correct support we needed, then shown to a number of beds in the firm category, also trying different pillows till we had the right combination for our needs. Nothing was too much trouble.

I was served by Sandy on Friday 27th. She helped me try various beds in my time in the store. One of the tv beds we were interested in wasn’t working at the time. She and another colleague worked quickly to fix the problem. I returned the following day to buy the tv bed and Sandy remembered me and exactly what I wanted to order. The ordering process was quick and easy.

I came into the store to buy the £179 memory foam mattress but unfortunately you had sold out. I needed to take it home before the 31st of December as I have my mum staying overnight. Karen was really helpful she looked everywhere in the store and checked on the computer, we couldn’t get the one I wanted in time so Karen recommend the next one up. It was ready to take away and felt a lot nicer. Karen really put herself out to help me today. Thank you!

My reason is the member of staff that dealt with me. Sandra P at the Hereford store was really helpful. She listened to what I had in mind and showed me the options she thought would suit and lead me to the perfect product. She was very friendly and polite.

Products were priced clearly, and easy to understand. Good range of product choice. All questions were answered clearly.
