Once we communicated our budget and our expectations we received prompt sales advice and were guided by our sales assistant. She was informative and helpful and prompt with the sale.

The young lady - Lucy - was very helpful and guided us to the bed - hopefully, that will suit our needs. It is being delivered on Monday the 13th January, hence the lower marks in my survey.

Friendly staff that new what they were talking about and treated both myself and my husband with respect. A good choice of mattresses, we got what we needed.

The assistant Sandra P was quick to help us find a soft mattress from the huge range in store and suggested several which could be suitable. We had not intended to pay as much as we did but Sandra pointed out what good value the Tempur Cloud Premier 19 D mattress was and very suitable for me with fibromyalgia and sacroiliac pain. my husband was unsure about the foam heating him up but she explained the technology and allayed his worries. I'm just pleased to get a mattress that is comfy enough to get a good sleep and light enough for me to lift!
