Found the computerised bed was a very good idea for our needs also explained to us by Lucy your assistant.

Had the technology to test which mattress would suit me best ... which was a win win Then tried out various suitable mattresses I knew the type of bed I wanted and my price range was very much considered Sales person Sandy E was delightful and a real credit to your team / company Knowledgeable Helpful Understanding Not Pushy ... made purchasing a fabulous experience ... and I was only meant to be browsing !!! We did not feel pressurised into purchasing a new mattress, although we were shopping for one. Karen (Sales at the Hereford Branch) was extremely helpful. We felt that she understood our needs and requirements and even left us to discuss privately whether to go ahead and purchase. So definitely no pressurised selling. We certainly felt that she was knowledgeable in all aspects.

Knowledgeable assistant friendly and not pushy

The shop assistant was very helpful and answered all my questions .I have bought a bed from Dreams in the past and was very pleased with it.

Staff great didn’t feel rushed and very patient as i took a time to decide. Karen & Sandra at Hereford were really helpful.

the lady who we did the sale with was very proffessional and her knowledge of the product was superb we were offered tea or coffee and were made to feel very welcome
