Karen the assistant was helpful and offered the sleepmatch machine which we used and were very impressed with. Karen knew which products to show us and guided us to them so that we could make an informed choice. We were able to secure a Flash sale price on the product we wanted. The process was made very easy and we would recommend anybody to try the sleepmatch machine as they may be surprised by the result.

Made to feel welcome and great help when choosing the perfect mattresses for our family. Whilst waiting a few minutes due to store being very busy we was offered a hot drink and our children sat at the desk doing some colouring which was provided. Excellent service from everyone.

Karen at Hereford store was friendly helpful knowledgeable and just a joy to have dealt with. We will be returning at some pint in the year to purchase more beds and do hope that karen will be there to receive our order. Went in to buy pillows of the like and came out with a new tv bed.. wasnt planning on a new bed just yet but just couldn't say no I fell in love with the bed and Karen just gave fantastic service I just couldn't resist.

Colleague welcomed us as soon as we entered store. Guided us through finding correct mattress and trying them. Left us alone to consider and try on our own. Came back, we'd chosen mattress, guided us to bases but didn't pressure. This was one of the reasons we decided to purchase and not look around at other shops

My wife and I only visited Dreams to do some research on Super king size beds but were so impressed with service that we received from Sandra P that we ended up purchasing a matress, bed frame and pillows totaling approximately £2000.
