Very professionally served by Karen - I was very impressed with the 'testing m/c " to guage What I needed for a good nights sleep No excuse could be made for not finding the right mattress with the huge display of mattresses available. All in all a good experience. Oh abd incidentally the whole store gave an air of cleanliness!

MY HUSBAND AND I ARRIVED AT THE STORE JUST BEFORE CLOSING TIME, HOWEVER, THE ASSISTANT WAS VERY WELCOMING AND HELPFUL AND WE MANAGED TO PURCHASE WHAT WE WANTED.

Genuinely had no intention of buying - we just wanted to see how big a Super King would be. Turns out, pretty big, and that's what we wanted. We generally want to be left to ourselves when shopping, but we were happy in the company of our sales colleague who not only helped us to narrow down our choice of mattresses, but also helped to keep our 1 year old safe and entertained - this, naturally, is a massive relief. I actually get a staff discount on mattresses where I work, but we were both so happy with the help we received that it was worth paying the full rate to get one from someone we trusted. Totally surprised by the service at this store as I'd been in a few years ago and found it to be dark and desolate. This time, it felt warm and welcoming, and that's down to the staff who create that environment.

A lady named Chris attended to my wife and I, she was very helpful and was very knowledgable with the product we were interested in. We were more than satisfied with our visit to your store

The first assistant (Chris) who we spoke with on the phone was able to answer all our questions and put in an order for us. She was exceptionally helpful and professional. We then went in to the store and Karen came to hep us (Chris had gone home) - she was equally helpful and we confirmed our order, having seen the bed base we wanted. The store was nicely presented and both staff were excellent. We are delighted with what we have ordered and look forward to receiving it.

The store assistant Lucy in Hereford was outstanding in her knowledge of beds, friendliness and genuine interaction with us.
