All staff were friendly and knowledgable. We just popped in with a view to get an idea of mattresses and Sandra.P was extremely helpful. After only a few minutes we were trying out a variety of beds and her informative manner was welcomed. The sleep simulator was a great experience and added extra confirmation that a Tempur mattress would work for us both.

The woman in store, Sandy, was brilliant from start to finish. She wasn’t too pushy and knew her stuff allowing us time to decide whether we would like to purchase something from your Hereford store.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable but not pushy. The Bed Selector was very useful and was accurate in selecting beds for our specific requirements. As my husband suffers with rheumatoid arthritis he has significant joint pain and the beds selected seemed appropriate to his needs.

Nothing was too small for the store. They were very friendly. Helped choose the correct mattress which wasnt too much trouble at all. My little boy was given pencils to draw with and we were offered refreshments too. Fantastic service and should highly recommend.
