The mattress matching machine was excellent. It removed the stressful decision about the mattresses which might suit me - it removed the guess work. I have made mistakes in the past. I found it very difficult to chose in other stores when the decision was all mine. Sandra P gave excellent service and her product knowledgeable was outstanding.

I bought a king size bed from Dreams in 2018 and was very satisfied with the service then which is why I returned - superb staff, very courteous and knowledgeable.

Friendly assistants

Sandra the store manager served us, first contact was very friendly and smiley. We also weren’t jumped on as soon as we walked in, the timing of offering assistance was perfect. We were offered coffee or tea and make to feel at ease. We knew what we wanted before we went into the Store but Sandra did offer all extra services/promotions. Very well looked after during our visit. The sale was then completed quickly/efficiently. 5* for Sandra.

Karen assisted us, explaining everything fully and found us the best option for our budget. Very friendly and considerate.
