The assistant was extremely friendly helpful and clearly very knowledgable. We used a machine to identify which mattress was most suitable. We were efficiently pointed to what appeared to be the best choice for us. She even offered us a drink and made my wife a very nice cup of tea.

The assistant was helpful and knowledgeable. The machine which calculated our "perfect" bed was a welcome addition to purchasing. The delivery date was perfectly acceptable, with a further date choice if necessary. Many examples of beds were available.

From entering the store to leaving I was given the right amount of assistance to choose a new mattress. I was offered and used the Dream mattress analysis machine which was really unique way of deciding which mattress suited my needs. Karen was informative, friendly and honest in her advice and observations. I'll definitely visit again as I need a new guest bed.

I came into the store on Monday evening and was quoted by Sandy. I was highly satisfied with her service and her product knowledge. I would highly recommend the company and their services to my family and friends. When I returned back to the store the next day, the store manager made me feel at ease and was very helpful.

Karen was super helpful and listened to what we needed and what we wanted. We were only after a spare bedroom bed but did debate replacing our own, she was super patient with our indecision!

The floor staff were helpful as soon as we entered the store. Last time we visited this was not the case.
