This is the second TV bed we have purchased from Dreams, and once again, we are very pleased with the purchase. The selection and range in-store was brilliant and Sleepmatch helped to narrow the possibilities for us and ensured we got a mattress suitable for the both of us. Sandra was fantastic and her knowledge and willingness to assist made the entire purchase straight-forward. All staff in the store were particularly friendly and offered teas or coffee on several occasions - nothing was too much trouble. Overall the experience was outstanding and hence, we would return to Dreams to buy another bed.

We were helped by Christine, she moved mattresses on to the bed we liked so we could see it and try it out. She was very knowledgeable about the products and wanted to understand our needs which helped us choose the right products for a holiday rental. Very satisfied with the service.
