Our assistant Sandra P took her time to show and explain the benefits of the mattress we chose. There was no pressure on us to make a decision and she left us alone to go back to the beds and mattresses we preferred. I especially liked the mattress assistant it got the mattress we would need spot on. Overall an excellent experience from an experienced and knowledgable assistant.

We visited the store need a new mattress and bed. We started by being asked if we knew what sort of bed we'd like. When we said we would like a storage ottoman the assistant asked whether wed prefer wooden or fabric beds so really helped narrow down our search. She showed us our choices with options of side or bottom opening ottoman and head board choices. Once we made the decision we mo ed into mattresses. Me and my partner both have different sleep needs so we were put onto the sleep match machine and it told us our 'happy medium' mattress. The assistant showed us around the mattresses that fitted our needs and we both came to a joint decision on our favourite mattress, we went in with not really any idea what we needed and left excited for the delivery
