Buying beds, mattresses and bases is an overwhelming experience. I have pages of notes of research done via websites, aside from recommendations from family and friends. We visited other outlets today aside from Dreams, but the service provided at Dreams was exemplary. The sales lady, Sandra, at the Hereford branch gave knowledgeable advice and was extremely patient whilst we made a decision. Aside from this, the quality of the mattresses and bases we bought were of a much higher standard than we had seen any where else. What we thought was going to be a difficult decision and made over some days was easily made on the shop floor. Sandra was engaging, helpful and exactly what a sales person should be. Our daughter bought a mattress from Dreams and recommended we go there and I am so very pleased we did. Thanks you to Sandra (and Sandy) we are extremely pleased and relieved with our experience and purchases. Being highly satisfied when buying expensive items is not always the case but our experience today was an absolute pleasure. I would highly recommend you to anyone who asks! Thanks again!

We were greeted as soon as we entered the store and Sandra was so obliging,helpful and knowledgeable and gave us lots of advice. She made us feel. Rey at ease and we could tell she knew what she was taking about and that she enjoyed her job

I was greeted with a friendly team in store. My questions were answered, advice and recommendations given and a coffee whilst I purchased extras. The Manager was phenomenal, Sandra I think her name was. She was very attentive,professional and I made my purchase because she listened and met my needs. Totally wonderful shopping experience in dreams ☺ Thank you
