Chris in the Hereford store was friendly and knowledgeable. I needed a suitable mattress that was not overly expensive. I was put on the assessment machine and thenshown a variety of suitable mattresses. I was too early to pay, it being a Sunday, so was offered a beverage whilst we waiting and we chatted till the time was up. She was not pushy or judgemental in my choices

Wonderful welcome, offered refreshments, asked how they could help.. Listened to my needs, helped with the computer to find the correct mattress. Did not mind me going back and forth to re try mattresses.. I was impressed with the service and knowledge, it made a great change to have good customer service.

Sandy E was very attentive and helpful, she was knowledgable about the mattress and pillows required for us as individuals and supported us to pick the correct mattress for our needs. When applying for the finance on the product it came out that we were eligible for military discount, so started the process again saving us 10%. The process took a little longer but with a nice brew and knowing we were saving money we were very happy.
