Staff were very helpful and attentive, very knowledgeable regarding all the Dreams products, we were offered a drink while completing our purchase. Great service.

On our first visit we met Lucy who has now left Dreams was very helpful, she showed us bed we wanted then took us over to mattress machine to pick the mattress suits our needs and then we met Karen on second visit when we placed our order, really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Overall experience was great.

Karen who helped us with finding a mattress was very friendly and knowledgeable, she took the time to listen and asked us what it was we liked in a mattress, and really listened, she then took us to a machine that estimated what types of mattress would suit us, and also offered us tea and coffee, we cannot express how lovely this lady was 10/10

Chris in the Hereford store was friendly and knowledgeable. I needed a suitable mattress that was not overly expensive. I was put on the assessment machine and thenshown a variety of suitable mattresses. I was too early to pay, it being a Sunday, so was offered a beverage whilst we waiting and we chatted till the time was up. She was not pushy or judgemental in my choices
