Very friendly, courteous and knowledgable. Heath and safety surrounding covid was excellent with a lot of care taken. Listened to issues had with previous mattresses and suggested I use the dream station which matched my original thoughts of the Tempur Elite mattress perfectly and confident that if I found the mattress to hard I could change it to a less firm one so that took a huge weight off my mind when spending so much money and was clear there would be a chalot ge if this was the case. I wish I’d visited yourselves and purchased this mattress first time around but I know where to come back to in the future. I cam home with 5e two free cool touch tempur pillows and that in itself have made a huge difference and can’t wait for the mattress to come now.

Visited Dreams in Hereford and was assisted by Lucy. Lucy was very helpful and understanding of my requirements. I had to buy a new mattress due to one of my cats urinating on my bed but i didn't have a great deal of money to spend. Lucy was extremely helpful and helped me find a mattress that was in my price range.

Our sales advisor Emma at the Hereford branch was informative, understanding of our needs, polite and friendly and to top it off informed us that as an army veteran I was able to apply for a military discount card, which I did and so I received 10% discount off my mattress! Highly recommend going into store to use the sleep scanner machine too! Top service all round!

Although she "upsold" us by £200 more than we indicated we wanted to pay we are pleased that she led us to buy the right mattress for our needs!
