Sandy was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. She took the time to find out what we wanted/needed using the 'Sleepmatch' machine and gave us a variety of options. She maintained a safe distance while working with us and provided us with suitable PPE. Sandy allowed us time to reflect on our choices and come back later that day with no pressure or expectations - great customer service! Pushy sales people driving after commission and not customer experience do not get my money. We returned back to the store later in the day having agreed to increase our budget to get what we wanted and to make a purchase. Sandra assisted us while Sandy was supporting another customer to find our perfect mattress. Sandra's customer care was exceptional, she was informative and not forceful in trying to get a sale. As a result of exceptional customer service and great options we increased our budget by £300+. We are pleased with our purchases and are looking forward to our new bed and mattress being delivered soon.
