Really helpful staff who paid attention to not only what I needed but also to the needs of my children. Even my baby boy was spoken to and included in our shopping. Lovely calm approach from staff, clear distancing guides, flexibility and staff were very knowledgeable.

Chris who served us was extremely helpful and patient with us, came over to us when required and left us alone when we needed it. I also found the other two staff very friendly and helpful, considering the resent circumstances it was a joy to shop in your outlet.

I had a fantastic experience from start to finish with Emma. She gave gave me loads of options and guided me through the sale of my new bed. My mother and I felt very welcomed to the store and made me feel very at ease with my new purchase. This is my second purchase at Dreams and will most certainly be back in the future!
