Staff very attentive and knowledgeable about the products. They offered options I hadn’t considered and different colour options. The whole process was quick and efficient. The delivery time was fantastic- at a competitors store the delivery time was 14 weeks - so delighted with the whole experience- well done Dreams - making my dreams come true

Helpful polite staff took care of us while staying alert to new customers arriving at the front of the store. Answered our questions well and were patient even when there were customers waiting. They did not rush us but kept the process flowing well. Not overbearing at all which we had experienced at a competitor earlier in the day.
