Sandra was fantastic, she knew exactly what we wanted and had great product knowledge. Could not fault our customer experience.

Sales assistant came to ask if we needed help as soon as we entered the store, she put us on the bed that measures your needs, talked us through all the suggestions by the machine, and gave us the opportunity to try them all. Seemed to have a good knowledge of the range, pleasant manner. The only reason it took so long to place order was the computer playing up. Very happy with our choice,

All good. Just obvious lead time is 2 months. Understand why.

The member of staff who served us was extremely personable, helpful and knowledgeable and made the experience very easy from start to finish, despite my wife and I having to come in separately for discussions due to kids sleeping in the car!

Didn’t have the intention of going to buy something, but enjoyed the colour range and materials available. Delivery was fast than expected also.
