Dreams - Hereford

I was delighted on the experience of visiting dreams particularly as we are still in the pandemic, so I wasn't sure how it would be. I was worried that three of us from the same family would not be allowed in at the same time, but we were all made welcome and found it an easy experience. The staff member was very helpful and knowledgeable on the purchases we wanted to make. I would not hesitate in visiting Dreams again.

Outstanding customer service from Emma in the Hereford branch...buying a bed couldn’t of been any easier...she didn’t over sell to me but sold what I needed without me asking which I was very grateful for that
