Very good from the start, sandy who greeted us, was very good with her knowledge of all mattresses, and the use of the machine to which mattress would hopefully suit us. Sandy's knowledge, professionalism on our questions of which we had alot helped aswell as the procedure of ppe around the shop regarding covid was top knotch... the whole experience was 100%.

I am high risk of getting corona virus and have been shielding for months, the staff made sure that i felt safe and took all necessary precautions. I had the shop to myself which was lovely, the staff were very helpful, couldnt ask for more 😊

I was delighted on the experience of visiting dreams particularly as we are still in the pandemic, so I wasn't sure how it would be. I was worried that three of us from the same family would not be allowed in at the same time, but we were all made welcome and found it an easy experience. The staff member was very helpful and knowledgeable on the purchases we wanted to make. I would not hesitate in visiting Dreams again.
